Enterprise Agreement results revealed!

With all the votes in for both Agreements, the results can now be revealed.

SCEA Teachers’ Enterprise Agreement 2025

A total of 203 Teachers voted, and 180 voted in favour of the Agreement (88.67% affirmative vote).

SCEA Support Staff Enterprise Agreement 2025

A total of 133 Support Staff voted, and 124 voted in favour of the Agreement (93.23% affirmative vote).

On the basis of this significant support for both Agreements, they will now be lodged with the Fair Work Commission. 

Once this has happened, staff will be provided with further information, including instructions on how to access the Agreements on the Fair Work Commission website.

As promised during the negotiation process, we will not wait until the Agreements are approved before passing on the salary increases.  

The salary increases for those staff members covered by both Enterprise Agreements will be processed as of Sunday, 1 December 2024, as stated in the 2025 Enterprise Agreements. 

These increases will be made as part of the pay cycle scheduled for Wednesday, 11 December 2024.

The terms of each Agreement will come into effect seven (7) days after the Agreements are approved by the Fair Work Commission.
