SCEA’s Northshore Christian Grammar School (NCGS) was determined to welcome back parents and students this year with something big!
In fact, the oversized inflatable suits that were used for the Teachers Inflatable Race had parents reaching for their smartphones to film the event of the afternoon!
Along with a ‘dunk tank’ that saw staff hit the water in rapid succession, the afternoon allowed the community to come together and celebrate the 2025 school year in fine style.

NCGS Principal Mr Stuart Chisholm praised his Marketing Specialist, Mrs Angelique Botha, for her ability to galvanise the NCGS staff to be a part of such a wonderful day:
“It was always our desire to find a Christian who could relate to our parents in this amazing community from a gospel perspective, but I think we have really got the best person on Earth for us in Angelique. She is really, really amazing, and she is ticking all of the boxes for us here at Northshore!”
Following the busy afternoon, Mr Chisholm drove down to Busselton to take part in a charity swim on Saturday morning along with fellow staffers Ms Sascha Dallo (Primary Curriculum Coordinator – NCGS) and Mr Nathan Perrett (Design & Technology – NCGS).

Was the busy school Principal ready for a break after all his gallivanting?
Apparently not.
After driving back to Perth for church on Sunday, the Monday morning saw him regaled resplendently to greet the SCEA team who had arrived with camera to film him!
The short video, which will be played at the Celebration Day, outlines the plans and aspirations for the 2025 school year at NCGS.

It’s no secret that Northshore is keen for a new school oval to be built on site, but the overt staging of these photo opportunities is now bordering on the absurd!
Stuart is partnering with Mrs Michelle Schouten (Principal – Ellenbrook Christian College) to MC the upcoming SCEA Celebration Day on Friday 28 February 2025.

What should we expect on the day from the dynamic duo?
“Stuart asked me to dress up as a bus – but I refuse to be objectified in this way!” joked Mrs Schouten this week, who was greatly looking forward to seeing so many SCEA staff at Riverview Church in Burswood.
“I was thinking that Michelle could be Jonah and I could be the whale!” said Stuart, recalling his mile-long swimming exploits from last week!
